Philadelphia MAUSOLEUM of Contemporary Art.?! Misprint?

The Philadelphia Mausoleum of Contemporary Art is indeed real. The word "mausoleum" is not a misprint. They call themselves PhilaMOCA and their website is www.philamoca.org. They are located in the old Finney and Son building, a showroom for mausoleums and tombstones, located at 531 N. 12th Street, Philadelphia PA 19123. PhilaMOCA is a gallery space complete with a stage and screen.

This building still stands, barely, on North 12th (?) Street, just north of Spring Garden Street, in Philadelphia, PA.. I wonder what's inside; is there anything remaining of the original business in the basement, etc.? What happened to the business, the owners, etc.?
