1. BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP FOR PEOPLE IMPACTED BY CANCER
Weekly support for adults who have experienced death of a loved one from cancer within the last two years.
2. SUPPORT GROUP FOR FAMILY & FRIENDS SUPPORTING A LOVED ONE WITH CANCER
Caregivers have the opportunity to meet with others who are also concerned about a loved one with cancer & learn new strategies to manage stress.
3. TAI JI & QIGONG
Tai Ji, an ancient Chinese energy practive, is a flowing series of movements & poses believed to "center the mind" & promote healing & relaxation.
